William Cell Life Exploration consists of a group of cells that, according to some mathematical rules, can survive, die, or reproduce. Depending on the initial conditions, cells form different patterns throughout the entire process.
During the process, each cell has only two states: "birth" or "death". According to the following rules, calculate the state of each cell in the next generation and draw a life and death distribution map for the next generation of cells.
The state of each cell after iteration is determined by the state of that cell and its surrounding 8 cells.

1. Birth: Each dead cell is adjacent to three living neighbors, and the next generation becomes a living cell.
2. Isolation and death: Each living cell with one or fewer neighbors will die in the next generation.
3. Overcrowding death: Each living cell with four or more living neighbors will

4. Survival: Each living cell with two or three living neighbors will survive for the next generation.
